Rise accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple pay, Google Pay and Rise Gift cards.
 
DISCOUNTS/EXCHANGE/REFUNDS
Any order placed prior to the beginning of the Black Friday sale will not be subject to further discounts.
Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.
 
Product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All items are final sale.
 
PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING/ADDRESS UPDATE
There will be an additional delay in processing and shipping time.
As of now we are processing orders at a 5 Business Days delay which mean if you order on Dec 02, you can expect your order to be shipped by the 6th.

We will email you if the product you ordered is not available and provide to you an estimated restock date/shipment date or refund the item before shipping your order.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.

Red alert: Canada Post is not accepting mail and parcels for these countries due to a temporary service disruption.
Effective immediately, mail and parcel services to Finland are temporarily suspended due to strike activity by employees of the designated operator of Finland, Posti Ltd. The strike is expected to continue from Monday, November 11th through Sunday, November 24th, 2019. Mail and parcels already deposited with Canada Post for delivery will be held until service resumes and will then be forwarded to Finland.
 
If you ordered from Finland, please contact us, Selecting DHL Express at checkout will solve this intermission.
 
After your order is placed, we won’t be able to make changes in any order in terms of items. If you forgot an item, please place another order.

WARRANTY
All Rise apparel has a 30 day warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. All items which have been used, washed or damaged are not covered under warranty. Rise reverse the right to determine between a defect or misuse.
Metal levers have a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
