We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access under most circumstances, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses to which you may have restricted access.

We want to thank everyone for being so supportive, kind and understanding regarding the unusual delay we are experiencing due to the restriction of the number of staff members we can have in our distribution center at all times.

⚠️There are extra shipping delays to be expected for all orders.
We are excited for you to use your Rise gear and we wish your package could just be teleported to you in no time but it’s not possible, just yet. Until then, we rely on shipping partners to deliver your order, once your order is out of our facility, they are responsible for delivering it to you.
Depending on your location, the extra delay will vary, it can go up to an extra 2 weeks from the Estimate Shipping Transit Time on your receipt. Because of COVID-19, more people than ever in history have ordered online during the holidays and it created a major backlog for all carriers.

Mail and parcels destined to all regions continue to be delivered. However, Canada Post and our partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS) are experiencing unprecedented volume across our networks.
The increased volume combined with modified processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 are resulting in delays. We have adjusted our delivery standards to better reflect the expected delivery times.
Please note that we've seen delays in a few countries.
You can always DHL Express (faster shipping option) as carriers for your package if you wish to receive your order faster.


If you can’t modify your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and we will notify you as soon as we receive it. We can hold the package here to ship it again once your country accepts packages or at your convenience.
We’ve also extended the returns period to 60 days to cover any inconvenience in the return process. If you encounter any issues when returning your items, please contact us here.

Shipping estimates are only estimate based on regular shipping transit time from our shipping partners. Since March 18, 2020, we cannot guarantee the shipping transit time due to too many unpredictable events happening in various locations.
Please note that delivery fees are not refundable once your order is shipped.

When shipped with Canada Post or DHL, additional brokerage fees may apply since its express shipping through private carriers.

when will my order be shipped?

To avoid confusion, please note that processing and shipping transit times (estimation at checkout) are two different things. If you paid for a fast shipping method, your order will be at your door faster than standard shipping once it has been picked up by the carrier at our facility.

Shipping transit times start as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Please allow up to 3-10 business days to process your order.

*Receiving a “purchase order” via email indicating the items selected does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock.We are doing our best to always have stock.We will notify you by email when your package is processed and on its way.

Note: in certain cases, multiple items may ship separately and no additional shipping fees will be charged.

how can I track my order?

If you ordered using Standard Shipping, Free Standard Shipping and Small Packet by air/surface don't include a tracking as they are process as regular mail. No guaranteed timeframe or lost in transit will be covered by Rise for these shipping method.

If you order with a tracking, lost package will be guaranteed by Rise. Rise do not guarantee the estimate shipping transit time.


If you rent a Post Office (PO) Box and want to receive your order there, we can do it. Simply make sure the information is indicated on your shipping/delivery address at checkout and select our Standard Delivery service (Canada Post).

If you want to receive your package at work, please make sure someone will be there to pick up your package. Also, make sure to indicate your company's name on the label to make it easier.


United state

If your order from the United States, you won't have any custom fees or taxes to pay for order below $800.


No customs and duties will be charged for Canadians. Only federal and provincial taxes will be at checkout, please refer to your province taxes on goods for more information.


We are shipping all orders with Canada Post due to their great pricing and efficacy. What’s good with Canada Post is that they have great relationship with pretty much every single country in the world to remove the regular brokerage handling fee and reduce the custom fees.

However, you're still subject to custom fees according to your location. Choosing not to pay the customs fees and send back the package to Rise means that all shipping cost Rise covered and additional handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please refer to the customs of your country by contacting your local customs office for better approximation of the cost before placing your order.

can you change my shipping address?

For your safety, we cannot change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake and our Support Team will inform you on the possibility to change the delivery address.

do you deliver to military addresses?

Yes we do ship to Military addresses. Please make sure to always use the APO or FPO address to have your package handled by the Military mail system.

Here are some reasons as to why it might have failed:

1. Debit cards are not accepted for online payment on our website. Only credit cards like Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex as well as some Visa debit cards, or if you have a PayPal account, will work.

2. Most often, an error can be due to your billing address, ZIP code or street address not matching the information your bank has on file for that card. Please be sure that the ZIP code and street address match the address on which you receive your monthly credit card statement, and the order will process.

3. Also, make sure you have a credit card added to your PayPal account, if you used that type of payment. You'll also want to make sure you don’t have any restrictions on it, because sometimes PayPal block payments when it's done with a debit card, or when you have restrictions on your credit card.

what's the currency?

If you place your order in Canada or to a Canadian address, you will be charged in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

If you are in the United States or anywhere else in the world, you will be charged in US Dollar (USD).

If you are located outside of the US, the currency conversion to USD will happen seamlessly on the backend.

Prices on all our website are balanced so everyone get our products at a fair price.

a coupon code isn't working 

All discount are disable during Rise's major sales such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any special event announced by Rise. The discount offered during these event is much greater than any coupon code or promotion you can find.

Offers may can't combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

I missed the latest sale, can I get it at the sale price?

When a sale is on, you will clearly be informed about the end date of the sales.

If an item goes back to its original price after the sale ends, we will not be able to honor the price it was displayed as during the promotion.

As much as we love to offer you great saving possibilities during sales, they unfortunately have to come to an end.

An item I bought is now a lower price, can you refund me?

We can't refund the difference because the prices applicable can occasionally change depending on demand, stock and upcoming sales without prior warning.

warranty policy

All Rise products carry a 30 day warranty on defective materials or faulty workmanship, from the date of purchase.

The lever belt exception: a 1 year warranty on the lever is the cherry on top.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear, abuse or neglect.

For making an appeal on warranty, please provide us with your order references, a picture of the product and the reason why you are asking for an exchange on our behalf.

The item I want is on backorder.

The backorder status means that the item has been ordered and that they are on their way to us and you can place an order to make sure you get your hands on one once we get it!

As soon as the item is delivered to the warehouse we will be able to ship your order to you. Usually a backorder item is restocked within 2-3 weeks starting when the item was shown out of stock.

We are usually not out of stock for more than 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand, we try and prevent it, but it can happens.


You can either have the item replaced by an item of equal or lesser value or have it shipped partially, simply let us know!

Note that having your order partially shipped to you will have additional fees for the shipment of the second parcel.
