Order Processing & Shipping

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. The product is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and we have shipped your order.

We will email you if the product you ordered is not available and provide you with an estimated restock date/shipment date or refund the item before shipping your order.

After your order is placed, we won’t be able to make changes to an order. If you forgot an item, please place another order. 

 Please be advised, receiving a “purchase order” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. 

We will notify you by email when your package has been processed at the postal service.

Note that in certain cases, multiple items may ship separately. In these situations, no additional shipping fees will be applied.

USA/International orders

If you didn’t choose a trackable option, you cannot track your order.

 

Cancelling your order or Mistake in a Shipping address

If you have just ordered and have mistakenly entered the wrong size, colour or forgot to mention your apartment number/p.o box in your address, please contact us at https://www.rise.ca/contact as soon as possible.  

We can't guarantee we can make the changes but we will do our best to make the changes only if your order has not been shipped yet. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive your order and proceed to an exchange. Rise will be here to assist you but isn't responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost package due to a mistake in the mailing address.

Customs

You will be responsible for any customs fees related to your order. Please note that the taxes charged by your country’s customs is solely determined by them. We are shipping all orders with Canada Post due to their competitive pricing and efficiency. Canada Post has a reputable relationship with most countries which helps to remove the regular brokerage and reduce customs fees. 

The customs fee will depend on the value of the package and the item bought. Please refer to your country’s customs for a further approximation of the cost.

Refusing a package, Returned Package, Wrong Address, Missing Information

If you refuse a package, entered the wrong delivery address, there was an issue at delivery, your package will be sent back to us. When this happens, Rise has to pay an additional shipping fee to get the package back. If we don't pay them, they will be abandoned and destroyed the package. The customer is responsible for such fees.

If a package is sent back to us by the postal service for any given reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send back the package to you. We will contact you and confirm the second shipment of the package. If after 60 days we’ve notified you and we haven’t heard back, all returned packages will be put back into stock and refunded via a store credit if the items are not on final sale or discontinued.

Exchanges & Refunds

Policy

  • You have 30 days from the order date to exchange or return your items. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • We cannot accept underwear, socks, water bottles or shakers for hygiene reasons - no exceptions.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with the original hang tags attached.
  • Items bought during a Rise event like a flash sale, a fitness expo or a pop-up shop cannot be returned or refunded. 

Pricing, Discounts and Sales

Any order placed before the beginning of a sale will not be subject to further discounts. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.  

Product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand.

If you want to encourage your favourite Rise athlete, please use their Athlete link. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All items offer at discounted price are Final Sale. 

Final sale

All items marked as Final Sale or bought during a sale cannot be exchanged or refunded as we won’t restock them.

The quality of these products respect Rise’s standards, we are just creating a place on the shelves for upcoming releases.  

Items on Final Sale will be marked accordingly on their respective page.

Refund processing time

If you are approved for a refund or an exchange, we will process it by contacting you about the shipping payment to ship back your order. If it’s for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. 

Currencies

Canada

 People from Canada can also order on our US/International store, if so, they will be charged in USD and we can’t refund or change the currency after an order is shipped.

International Destination

We offer a currency converter on our website if your local currency is not available on Rise's website. 

*Prices on all our websites are similar or equal, so everyone gets our products at a fair price.

Additional Charges

If you’re shopping from outside the Canada or the U.S., most of the time you won't have additional transaction fees by your bank, but there’s a slight chance you could be charged an International Banking fee by your bank. Unfortunately, we don't control this and you will need to contact your bank to verify if such charges can occur.

Warranty

All Rise products carry a 30-day Limited Warranty on defective materials or faulty workmanship, from the original date of purchase. Rise does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
If you submit a claim under this warranty, Rise will either repair or replace the product at its own discretion. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase details and relative information when making a claim under this warranty.

Rise Lever Belts have an extended one-year warranty on the Metal Lever Buckle, which means only this part is covered within additional extended timeframe. Shipping fees will have to be covered by the customer if a claim is open after the 30-day limited warranty offered by Rise.

Limitation of Liability

Training can result in serious or fatal injury. Rise Lifting Gear products will not eliminate all injuries, however it can reduce their severity in some instances. Risk of injury can be diminished by using safe techniques. Do not exercise without proper instruction, supervision, or without having consulted a physician first. While this product helps provide a degree of support/protection, it is not guaranteed to protect the user from injury. Rise cannot be held liable for personal injury or death suffered while wearing this product; the user of the equipment assumes all risks. Always inspect your product before using. Should any defect be found, do not use the product.

Your use of our Products and Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Rise does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Rise does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of our Products will be accurate or reliable. Rise is not responsible for any of your tax obligations or liabilities related to the use of Rise’s products. Rise does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, product information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you through our platform will meet your expectations.

Modifications to our Terms, Services and Prices

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 All prices for our products or any kind of service offered on Rise's website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our Service and Products (or any part of the content thereof) without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension or terminations.
